Terms of Service
By accessing or using RoutePin ("the Service") at routepin.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
RoutePin is a SaaS tool that helps home service businesses identify past customers near active job sites, enabling proximity-based reactivation outreach. The Service includes customer list management, address geocoding, map visualization, proximity search, and reactivation message generation.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@routepin.app if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Your Data and Responsibilities
You retain full ownership of the customer data you upload to RoutePin. By uploading customer data, you represent and warrant that:
- You have lawful authority to store and use this data for marketing purposes.
- Your use of the data complies with applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, and any applicable state laws governing text message marketing.
- You will not use RoutePin to contact individuals who have opted out of receiving marketing communications from your business.
- The data does not include sensitive personal information such as financial account numbers, government IDs, or health information.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for spam, harassment, or any illegal purpose.
- Upload malicious files or attempt to disrupt the Service.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service.
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.
5. Plans, Billing, and Cancellation
The free Starter plan includes limited functionality. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; your access continues through the end of the paid period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to registered users.
6. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or emergency fixes that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
7. Limitation of Liability
RoutePin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoutePin and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including any damages resulting from your outreach to customers.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoutePin and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your uploaded data, or your violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
